How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy for fountain pens?
We accept returns on unused and uninked fountain pens within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging. Please note that once a pen has been inked, it is no longer eligible for a standard return.
Do you offer nib tuning or repair services?
While we do not perform in-house repairs, we inspect every pen before shipping to ensure quality. For specialized nib tuning, we can provide recommendations for reputable 'nibmeisters' in the community.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, Wonder Pens is an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. All products are 100% authentic and come directly from the manufacturers or their official distributors.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
